The Barndo Nation provides floor plan design, turnkey builds, and shell packages for customers.
What is your turnkey service area?
We can provide turnkey services within 100 miles of Longview, TX and Burnet, TX.
What is your shell service area?
We can provide shell packages within 150 miles of Longview, TX and Burnet, TX.
Are your floor plan designs engineered?
Standard construction plan sets are not engineer stamped. Engineering services can be provided for an additional fee of approximately $3,500–$5,000 per plan set, upon request.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We can provide financing for our floor plans or shell packages (up to $250,000).

What affects the total project cost per square foot?
Framing style, roof complexity, porch or garage additions, site preparation (dirt work, utilities, etc.), interior finishes, and local labor rates can all impact your overall price. You can use our budget calculator to get a realistic estimate of your cost to build.
